These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of the StreakFam web application ("App"). The App is designed for families with children. By accessing, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, the legal basis for processing, and your rights under applicable data protection laws, including COPPA.
StreakFam hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App on compatible devices that you own or control, subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms.
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App, any updates, or any part thereof. Violating the terms of these Terms may result in account termination.
To access certain features of the App, you must register for a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
By creating an account and using the App, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any children added to your family, and you consent to the collection and use of your child's information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and COPPA Compliance page.
The App offers subscription plans with a 14-day free trial. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the associated fees and terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through the Account settings in the app.
Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied.
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of StreakFam or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App uses the following third-party services. By using the App, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies:
Users can report any inappropriate content or behavior by emailing [email protected].
User data is retained while your account is active. Users can request data deletion, access, rectification, restriction of processing, and data portability at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through the Account settings in the app.
This agreement is effective until terminated by you or StreakFam. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. You can delete your account at any time through the Account settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. StreakFam does not warrant that the use of the App will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected.
In no event shall StreakFam or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any breach of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a single arbitrator. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language. The parties waive any right to a trial by jury and agree not to participate in any class action lawsuits.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
StreakFam reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
